During spring and autumn is the sea too cold?

Of course in Spring the water is colder than in summer, but we give you a wetsuit that is definitely warm for Mediterranean waters in these periods. In Autumn the water is still warm (20°) after the hot summer.

There is any insurance policy that cover us during the activity?

Yes of course! Italian Surfing Federation gives you the insurence during ours courses.

Can a 5 years old child participate to your courses?

Yes of course. We don't have any starting age. The important thing is that the person that want to participate to a course, has to be comfortable in the water.

Sì certo, nessun problema. Qualsiasi corso viene adattato alle necessita e al livello dei partecipanti. Se sono bambini, viene scelta una spiaggia dove l'acqua é bassa e dovo loro si possano sentire in sicurezza.

Can people with handicap participate to one of our courses?

Yes, they are welcome! The long experience in adapted sports for handicap people of one of ours instructors give the possibility to "Sea Roots Nautic School" to offer courses for any kind of need. You are really welcome!
